A higher flavonoid intake is associated with less likelihood of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease: results from a multiethnic study.
TL;DR: The results suggest a reverse significant association between flavonoid consumption, liver tests and the risk for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and C-reactive protein (CRP) was shown to essentially moderate this relationship.
