Nexus Between Foreign Direct Investment Inflow, Renewable Energy Consumption, Ambient Air Pollution, and Human Mortality: A Public Health Perspective From Non-linear ARDL Approach
Muhammad Haroon Shah,Sultan Ali M. Salem,B. Ahmed,Irfan Ullah,Alam Rehman,M. Zeeshan,Zeeshan Fareed +6 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper used time-series data for 1998-2020 and applied a non-linear ARDL approach for the estimations, finding that FDI inflow positively affects mortality and renewable energy usage.

Exploring symmetric and asymmetric nexus between corruption, political instability, natural resources and economic growth in the context of Pakistan
TL;DR: In this article , the authors tried to explore the relationship of these variables to understand the magnitude of effect that political instability and corruption carry towards suffered economic growth and recommended policies to counter rent-seeking and patronage act aiming to provide a more transparent environment in the country, which will resultantly control the noticeable issues of political instability, corruption and abundance of hidden unextracted natural resources and likely to contribute to the economic growth.

Investigating Relationships Between Tourism, Economic Growth, and CO2 Emissions in Brazil: An Application of the Nonlinear ARDL Approach
Irfan Ullah,Alam Rehman,Libuše Svobodová,Ahsan Jamal Akbar,Muhammad Haroon Shah,M. Zeeshan,Mubeen Abdur Rehman +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors used a nonlinear ARDL approach to examine the nexus between tourism, economic growth, and CO2 emissions in Brazil for the period 1995-2018.
Multi-objective optimization of concentrated solar power plants from an energy-water-environment nexus perspective under distinct climatic conditions – Part B: Environ-economic analysis
M. Ahmad,M. Zeeshan +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors investigated the performance of solar towers and parabolic trough collectors equipped with dry and wet cooling for 10 min interval for three climatic zones, and found that levelized cost of water increases five-fold for areas with extreme water scarcity and is higher for trough than solar tower.
