Cardiac magnetic resonance perfusion imaging for the functional assessment of coronary artery disease: a comparison with coronary angiography and fractional flow reserve.
Johannes Rieber,Armin Huber,Isabelle Erhard,Silvia Mueller,M. Schweyer,Andreas Koenig,Thomas M. Schiele,Karl Theisen,Uwe Siebert,Stefan O. Schoenberg,Maximilian F. Reiser,Volker Klauss +11 more
TL;DR: This study compared CMRI with CA plus a standard invasive functional assessment (FFR) and demonstrated that CMRI is able to distinguish haemodynamically relevant from non-relevant coronary lesions with a high sensitivity and specificity and may contribute to clinical decision-making.
Magnetic resonance perfusion of the myocardium: semiquantitative and quantitative evaluation in comparison with coronary angiography and fractional flow reserve.
Armin Huber,Steven Sourbron,Volker Klauss,Julia Schaefer,Kerstin Bauner,M. Schweyer,Maximilian F. Reiser,Ernst J. Rummeny,Johannes Rieber +8 more
TL;DR: A quantitative evaluation using a model-free deconvolution provides identical diagnostic performance when only a stress examination is used, much similar to a semiquantitative evaluation, if both stress and rest examinations are used.

Evaluation of left atrial myxoma by dual-source CT.
Thorsten R. C. Johnson,Dirk-André Clevert,Stephanie Busch,M. Schweyer,Konstantin Nikolaou,Maximilian F. Reiser,Christoph R. Becker +6 more
TL;DR: A 63-year-old female patient referred for exclusion of coronary artery disease prior to cardiac surgery had presented at her general practitioner with unexplained exhaustibility and an inadequate increase in heart rate and blood pressure upon exercise, and CT revealed a mass in the left atrium.

MRT zur Beurteilung der Myokardperfusion
Armin Huber,M. Schweyer,Kerstin Bauner,Daniel Theisen,Carsten Rist,O. Mühling,Michael Nabauer,Stefan O. Schönberg,M. F. Reiser +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, the diagnostische Aussagekraft verschiedener semiquantitativer Parameter der MRT-gestutzten Perfusionsuntersuchung des Myokards im Vergleich zur Herzkatheteruntersucung was bestimmen.

MRT zur Beurteilung der Myokardperfusion Aussagekraft verschiedener semiquantitativer Perfusionsparameter
Armin Huber,M. Schweyer,Kerstin Bauner,Daniel Theisen,Carsten Rist,O. Mühling,Michael Nabauer,Stefan O. Schönberg,M. F. Reiser +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the diagnostic accuracy of various semiquantitative perfusion parameters of the magnetic resonance perfusion examination of the myocardlum compared to conventional coronary angiography was determined.
