TL;DR: In this article, a bundle of ZnO nanorods and aligned Znorods were used to construct a thin film based solar cells, which were then assembled using N719 dye as sensitizer and the conversion efficiencies of the vertically aligned and bundle-like nanorod thin film-based solar cells were found to be 0.74% and 0.83%, respectively.
