A novel trust-based security and privacy model for Internet of Vehicles using encryption and steganography

During August 2009-October 2010, a multidisciplinary team investigated 14 outbreaks of animal and human anthrax in Bangladesh to identify the etiology, pathway of transmission, and social, behavioral, and cultural factors that led to these outbreaks. The team identified 140 animal cases of anthrax and 273 human cases of cutaneous anthrax. Ninety one percent of persons in whom cutaneous anthrax developed had history of butchering sick animals, handling raw meat, contact with animal skin, or were present at slaughtering sites. Each year, Bacillus anthracis of identical genotypes were isolated from animal and human cases. Inadequate livestock vaccination coverage, lack of awareness of the risk of anthrax transmission from animal to humans, social norms and poverty contributed to these outbreaks. Addressing these challenges and adopting a joint animal and human health approach could contribute to detecting and preventing such outbreaks in the future.

Anthrax Outbreaks in Bangladesh, 2009–2010

Machine learning are vulnerable to the threats. The Intruders can utilize the malicious nature of the nodes to attack the training dataset to worsen the process and manipulate the learning and make the over all system with less efficiency and performance. The optimized poison attack procedures are already introduced to estimate the overall bad scenario, design the intrusion as bi‐level optimization and it is considered computational complexity is high and demanding, in contrary the applicability is limited such models deep neural networks. In this research papers, we have proposed, novel proposed system, poisoning attacks against the Machine learning training dataset, including the genuine data points that reduce the accuracy of the classifier in the process of training. The proposed system have 3 components of Generative Adverserial networks (GAN) generator, discriminator, and the target classifier. The proposed system allows to detect the vulnerability easy and it can be found as similar as realistic attacks to detect the area where the underlying data distribution have more possibility of poising attack which cause vulnerability to the network. Our experimentation, proves the claim our that the proposed model is effective on compromising the classifiers uses the machine learning algorithms and also deep learning networks.

SVM‐based generative adverserial networks for federated learning and edge computing attack model and outpoising

Introduction : From August 2009 to October 2010, International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research, Bangladesh and the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research together investigated 14 outbreaks of anthrax which included 140 animal and 273 human cases in 14 anthrax-affected villages. Our investigation objectives were to explore the context in which these outbreaks occurred, including livestock rearing practices, human handling of sick and dead animals, and the anthrax vaccination program. Methods : Field anthropologists used qualitative data-collection tools, including 15 hours of unstructured observations, 11 key informant interviews, 32 open-ended interviews, and 6 group discussions in 5 anthraxaffected villages. Results : Each cattle owner in the affected communities raised a median of six ruminants on their household premises. The ruminants were often grazed in pastures and fed supplementary rice straw, green grass, water hyacinth, rice husk, wheat bran, and oil cake; lactating cows were given dicalcium phosphate. Cattle represented a major financial investment. Since Islamic law forbids eating animals that die from natural causes, when anthrax-infected cattle were moribund, farmers often slaughtered them on the household premises while they were still alive so that the meat could be eaten. Farmers ate the meat and sold it to neighbors. Skinners removed and sold the hides from discarded carcasses. Farmers discarded the carcasses and slaughtering waste into ditches, bodies of water, or open fields. Cattle in the affected communities did not receive routine anthrax vaccine due to low production, poor distribution, and limited staffing for vaccination. Conclusion : Slaughtering anthrax-infected animals and disposing of butchering waste and carcasses in environments where ruminants live and graze, combined with limited vaccination, provided a context that permitted repeated anthrax outbreaks in animals and humans. Because of strong financial incentives, slaughtering moribund animals and discarding carcasses and waste products will likely continue. Long-term vaccination coverage for at-risk animal populations may reduce anthrax infection. Risk practices for animal and human anthrax in Bangladesh: an exploratory study

Abstract Tuberculosis is one of the most contagious and lethal illnesses in the world, according to the World Health Organization. Tuberculosis had the leading mortality rate as a result of a single infection, ranking above HIV/AIDS. Early detection is an essential factor in patient treatment and can improve the survival rate. Detection methods should have high mobility, high accuracy, fast detection, and low losses. This work presents a novel biomedical photonic crystal fiber sensor, which can accurately detect and distinguish between the different types of tuberculosis bacteria. The designed sensor detects these types with high relative sensitivity and negligible losses compared to other photonic crystal fiber-based biomedical sensors. The proposed sensor exhibits a relative sensitivity of 90.6%, an effective area of 4.342×10 −8 m 2 , with a negligible confinement loss of 3.13×10 −9 cm −1 , a remarkably low effective material loss of 0.0132cm −1 , and a numerical aperture of 0.3462. The proposed sensor is capable of operating in the terahertz regimes over a wide range (1 THz–2.4THz). An abbreviated review of non-optical detection techniques is also presented. An in-depth comparison between this work and recent related photonic crystal fiber-based literature is drawn to validate the efficacy and authenticity of the proposed design.

Performance of a wireless link is evaluated with turbo coding in the presence of Rayleigh fading with single transmitting antenna and multiple receiving antenna. QAM modulator is considered with maximum likelihood decoding. Performance results show that there is a significant improvement in required signal to noise ratio (SNR) to achieve a given BER. It is found that the system attains a coding gain of 14.5 dB and 13 dB corresponding to two receiving antenna and four receiving antennas respectively over the corresponding uncoded system. Further, there is an improvement in SNR of 6.5 dB for four receiving antennas over two receiving antennas for the turbo coded system.

Culture Potential of Thai Sharpunti, Barbodes gonionotus (Bleeker) with Major Carps in Seasonal Ponds

Opinion analysis is one kind of text mining that aims to find out human opinions and emotions towards any particular event, topic, or subject. Feature extraction is one of the most crucial steps in the text categorization process and an efficient feature extraction method can greatly enhance the accuracy of opinion mining. In this paper, we try to concentrate on comparing the performances of four well-known feature extraction techniques (i.e. BOW, TF-IDF, Skip-Gram, and CBOW) for binary opinion classification. To accomplish the task, two different datasets of hotel and restaurant have been considered and three machine learning models i.e. Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR) have been applied as supervised classifiers. In terms of classifier accuracy and mean squared error (MSE), the experimented result depicts that Skip-Gram technique shows the highest performance among the four feature extraction techniques for both datasets. In addition, SVM and LG classifiers perform the best for hotel and restaurant datasets respectively and our proposed approach comes out with an optimistic accuracy of 95.8%.

A Comparative Analysis of Feature Extraction Methods for Human Opinion Grouping Using Several Machine Learning Techniques

Probiotic strains can be isolated from many sources, for human applications one of the main criteria is being mammal origin. Cow milk is an important nutrient source for human. Lot of studies showed that this fluid has beneficial effects on the health of human. One reason of being beneficial is explaining by the microflora of cow milk including beneficial lactic acid bacteria. In this research work, 12 isolate were identified as lactic acid bacteria by biochemical characterization and further studied for probiotic activity. Among them 9 lactic acid bacteria was posseses probiotic activity. Six Lactobacilli stains were identified as Lactobacillus gasseri(1),Lactobacillus rhamnosus(1),Lactobacillus fermentum(2),Lactobacillus viridescens(3),Lactobacillus farciminis(1), Lactobacillus buchner(4). All of the bacilli isolates were selected to observe potential probiotic activity. These isolates showed resistance to stomach pH (pH 3.0), tolerance against 0.3% bile salt concentration and antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coli, Salmonella enteritids, Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria monocytogenes. The isolates were used to investigate the tolerances of the isolates to other stress conditions, such as, growth at different NaCl solution, growth at different temperatures and in the presence of 0.5% CaCO3. All of the isolate showed good tolerances in stress conditions. After investigation the probiotic properties of these isolates, they were identified by biochemical characterization techniques. It is observed that, cow milk is a source of potential probiotic strains.
