TL;DR: It is concluded that CMP has a deleterious effect on the jejunal mucosa of young infants recovering from infective enteritis, so that in the management of young infant with sugar intolerance secondary to infectiveEnteritis, CMP and lactose should be excluded from the diet.

TL;DR: Evidence of combined cellular and humoral deficiency was obtained in this infant during life and death occurred despite therapy with hyperimmune gammaglobulin, N‐methylisatin, B‐thiosemicarbisone (methisazone), antibiotics and transfer factor.

TL;DR: This limited study suggests that cow's milk protein sensitive enteropathy may be a major cause of protracted diarrhoea in infancy and that exclusion of cow’s milk protein as well as lactose from the diet is essential in the nutritional rehabilitation of these infants.
