Data mining ialah istilah yang telah digunakan untuk proses otomatik yang menggunakan matematika, kecerdasan buatan, statistik, dan machine learning untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengekstrasi informasi pengetahuan yang tersembunyi dalam database. Clustering ialah suatu proses pengelompokkan kumpulan data menjadi beberapa kelompok sehingga objek di suatu kelompok memiliki banyak kesamaan dan memiliki banyak perbedaan dengan objek dikelompok lain. K-means clustering ialah metode data clustering non-hirarkii yang mengelompokkan data dalam bentuk satu maupun lebih dari suatu cluster atau kelompok. Algoritma k-means merupakan algoritma teknik clustering yang berbasis suatu partisi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengukuran dari kinerja algoritma dan mengelompokan daerah potensi karet produktif, Pengukuran dilihat dari hasil cluster dengan cara menghitung nilai kemurnian (purity measure) masing – masing cluster/kelompok yang di hasilkan. Data penelitian ini menggunakan ialah data dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini bisa berkontribusi dalam mengefektifkan dalam penggunaan lahan pertanian karet pada setiap daerah. determine the marketing strategy in increasing the total comprehensive income. This study aims to create the best architectural model using Backpropogation where this model can later be made to make predictions of total comprehensive income. The variable used in this study is the total comprehensive income statement data of PT. Bank Mandiri, Tbk (January - November 2016). Data sourced from the Financial Services Authority (www.ojk.go.id). From a series of trials conducted with 4 architectural models tested, namely 4-25-1; 4-50-1; 4-100-1 and 4-50-75-1, obtained the best architectural model 4-50-1 with Epoch training = 1977, Mean Square Error (MSE) of 0,000997867 with the correctness of testing accuracy reaching 80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model arsitektur terbaik dengan menggunakan Backpropogation dimana model ini nantinya dapat dilakukan untuk membuat prediksi terhadap total laba rugi komprehensif. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data total laba rugi komprehensif PT. Bank Mandiri,Tbk (Januari – November 2016). Data bersumber dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan ( www.ojk.go.id ). Dari serangkaian uji coba yang dilakukan dengan 4 model arsitektur yang diuji yakni 4-25-1; 4-50-1; 4-100-1 dan 4-50-75-1, diperoleh model arsitektur terbaik 4-50-1 dengan Epoch training = 1977 , Mean Square Error (MSE) sebesar 0,000997867 dengan tingkat akurasi pengujian mencapai kebenaran 80%. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of stress on the performance of nurses in the District General Hospital dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar; (2) the effect of leadership on the performance of nurses in the District General Hospital dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar; (3) the effect of stress and simultaneously on the leadership performance of nurses in the District General Hospital dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar; (4) the most dominant variables affect the performance of the nurse at the General Hospital of dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar. The population in this study were 114 respondents nurses Regional General Hospital dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar and samples taken as many as 53 respondents with a passing stage cluster sampling and incidental sampling. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data obtained from the sample through field research by using questionnaires given directly to respondents that made the object of this research and secondary data is data obtained from the documentation or other information sources that can support the object under investigation. The data collection technique using a survey method to distribute a list of statements (questionnaire) directly to the Regional General Hospital nurses Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar and analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that: (1) stress a significant negative effect on the performance of nurses in the District General Hospital dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar; (2) leadership positive effect on the performance of nurses in the District General Hospital dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar; (3) The variables stress and leadership partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of nurses in the District General Hospital dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematangsiantar; (4) based on the results of testing, stress is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of nurses, when compared in leadership.

So the author conducted a study aimed at providing an alternative Decision Support System for Determining the Feasibility of Goods Auction at the Simalungun District Prosecutor's Office, in the process of this research using the PROMETHE Method (Preference Ranking Organiztion Method For Enrichment Evalution). The purpose of this study is to determine the legal certainty of the auction process and what legal efforts can be carried out by the level of auction feasibility in criminal cases. The results of the crackdown obtained in the feasibility of the auctioned goods are Honda Cs1, Honda bead, Honda bead hitam, Honda vario, Yamaha RX king.

This study is to describe the structure of the red chili supply chain relationship and describe the resources of the red chili supply chain in Panjatan District, Kulonprogo Regency. The research location was determined intentionally with the help of Cluster Sampling in determining farmers' samples. The technique used was the Snowball Sampling to determine samples other than farmers. Respondents used consisted of 80 farmers, treasurer of the auction market, 2 middlemen in Garongan Village, 2 Collecting Traders in Panjatan District, 3 Bandar PIKJ, 10 Centeng PIKJ, 20 PIKJ Retailers and 30 Consumers. Primary data collection was done by interviews and documentation with questionnaire aids. Secondary data were obtained from the Department of Agriculture and Food, Kulonprogo Regency. The analysis used was descriptive analysis presented with the help of tables and figures. The results showed: (1) The structure of the red chili supply chain relationship in Panjatan District was divided into 3 chains consisting of 8 actors; (2) a. Physical resources owned by farmers were different from other actors because they had production activities; b. Technology resources are dominated by Information Technology; c. Human resources in the form of labor are mostly owned by auction market players: d. The most capital resources were spent by the middlemen because they made purchases every day. Physical resources owned by farmers were different from other actors because they had production activities; b. Technology resources are dominated by Information Technology; c. Human resources in the form of labor are mostly owned by auction market players: d. The most capital resources were spent by the middlemen because they made purchases every day.
