Histologic analysis of photochemical lesions produced in rhesus retina by short-wave-length light.

Visual performance in the rhesus monkey after exposure to blue light
TL;DR: Rhesus monkeys trained to perform a visual task were exposed for 1000 sec to known amounts of 441 nm light by means of a 2500 W xenon lamp with narrow bandpass filter, and results correlate well with the retinal photopathology of the short wavelength photochemical lesion.
