TL;DR: Radiographic and perioperative data in patients undergoing posterior thoracic instrumented fusion and concave ribs osteotomies are analyzed to increase flexibility of severe rigid curves avoiding anterior realese in the great majority of large curves with minimmal pulmorary complication.
