Dynamic viscosity of blast furnace primary and final slag with titanium and alkali admixtures
TL;DR: The main objective of works was the determine of titanium and alkalies compounds on the dynamic viscosity of synthetic blast furnace primary and final slags in the multicomponent systems.

Utilisation of metallurgical sludge by multi-layer sintering
TL;DR: In this article, the general ways of dealing with zinc containing metallurgical wastes are described, and the conditions under which obtained three benefits: landfilled sludge utilisation, raw materials substitution and zinc recovery.

Prediction of raceway shape in zinc blast furnace under the different blast parameters
TL;DR: In this paper, a two-phase mathematical model was used to simulate the shape of raceway cavities in the Imperial Smelting Process. But the results showed that the change in depth of the cavities correlates with blast volume but not with oxygen enrichment.

Support algorithm for blast furnace operation with optimal fuel consumption
TL;DR: In this paper, a model-based algorithm for optimizing the operation of blast furnaces to achieve the lowest fuel consumption is presented, which allows the heat demands to be continuously calculated and highlights any wastage that could be reduced without affecting the stable operation of the blast furnace.
