Endoscopic management of non-ampullary duodenal adenomas
Romain Coriat,Maximilien Barret,M. Amoyel,Arthur Belle,Marion Dhooge,Einas Abou Ali,Rachel Hallit,Frédéric Prat,Anthony Dohan,Benoit Terris,Stanislas Chaussade +10 more
TL;DR: The existing evidence on endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of non-ampullary duodenal adenomas is reviewed, finding that surgical resection of the duodenum is flawed with major morbidity and should be considered a rescue procedure in cases of endoscopic treatment failures or severe endoscopic complications such as duodal perforations.

Outcomes of endoscopic mucosal resection for large superficial non-ampullary duodenal adenomas
M. Amoyel,Arthur Belle,Marion Dhooge,Einas Abou Ali,Anna Pellat,Rachel Hallit,Benoit Terris,Frédéric Prat,Stanislas Chaussade,Romain Coriat,Maximilien Barret +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors identify the risk factors for adverse events following EMR for non-ampullary duodenal adenomatous lesions, and search for factors associated with adverse events after EMR.
P132 Prognosis and molecular characteristics of IBD-associated colorectal cancer: experience from a French tertiary-care center
Nassim Hammoudi,Jacqueline Lehmann-Che,Jérôme Lambert,M. Amoyel,Léon Maggiori,D. Salfati,My-Linh Tran Minh,Clotilde Baudry,N. Asesio,Brigitte Poirot,Nelson Lourenco,Hélène Corté,M. Allez,Thomas Aparicio,Jean-Marc Gornet +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the prognosis of colorectal cancer associated with inflammatory bowel disease (CRC-IBD) in a real-world cohort in France was analyzed using the Kaplan-Meier method.
Endoscopic submucosal dissection in the duodenum: Ready for prime time?
Maximilien Barret,M. Amoyel +1 more
TL;DR: In 2022, it is believed that the “risky” conclusion would be to promote liberal use of ESD for resection of duodenal adenomas, since all the studies on duodal ESD show a learning curve effect, involving the endoscopists’ experience, and possibly a better selection of lesions.

Nassim Hammoudi,Jacqueline Lehmann-Che,Joseph Lambert,M. Amoyel,Léon Maggiori,D. Salfati,My-Linh Tran Minh,Clotilde Baudry,N. Asesio,Brigitte Poirot,Nelson Lourenco,Hélène Corté,M. Allez,Thomas Aparicio,Jean-Marc Gornet +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors conducted a retrospective observational study of colorectal cancer associated with inflammatory bowel disease (CRC-IBD) in a real-world cohort in France.
