TL;DR: In this article, a chloride-free vanadium extraction technology was proposed, which has advantages of simple operation, little environmental pollution, high product quality and the like, and is characterized in that the influence of HCl gas on the environment and the pressure brought from chloride ion removal in the later stage of wastewater processing are effectively avoided if appropriate raw materials or additives containing no chlorine component are selected during the whole vanadium extracting technology.
