Enhancement of the Amorphous to Microcrystalline Phase Transition in Silicon Films Deposited by Sif4-H2-He Plasmas
G. Cicalai,Maria Losurdo,Pio Capezzuto,Giovanni Bruno,Teresa Ligonzo,Luigi Schiavulli,Carla Minarini,Maria Cristina Rossi +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, hydrogenated microcrystalline silicon (μc-Si:H) thin films have been obtained by plasma decomposition of SiF4-H2-He mixtures at low temperature (120 °C).
3
Photoconductivity in doped microcrystalline Si:H,Cl films
TL;DR: In this article, the dependence of the photoconductivity on the nominal gas phase doping was studied and it was shown that the behavior of photoconductivities depends on the presence of chlorine, which, in turn, affects the deposition rate.
3
Evaluation of density of states distribution in amorphous silicon films by photoconductivity measurements
TL;DR: In this paper, the density of gap states distribution of amorphous silicon films has been investigated by means of photoconductivity measurements carried out as a function of the temperature of the film.

Thermoluminescence in LiF crystals and the role of impurities

- 20 Apr 2015
TL;DR: In this paper, a comparative analysis of GP intensities and color centres as a function of the irradiation dose has questioned their association as obtained in previous measurements, showing the impurities, less than 10 18 cm -3, still playing a predominant role in TL spectra.
2
Density of states in a-Si:H, Cl determined by space-charge-limited currents
TL;DR: In this article, the density-of-state distribution of SiCl4+H2 mixture is compared with those found by den Boer and Weisfield in hydrogenated amorphous silicon films.
