Sensitive Detection of Single-Cell Secreted H2O2 by Integrating a Microfluidic Droplet Sensor and Au Nanoclusters.
Rui Shen,Peipei Liu,Yiqiu Zhang,Zhao Yu,Xuyue Chen,Lu Zhou,Baoqing Nie,Anna J. Żaczek,Jian Chen,Jian Liu +9 more
TL;DR: An ultrahigh sensitivity (200-400 attomole H2O2 directly measured from a single cell) with good specificity is demonstrated and offers a useful research tool to study the cell-to-cell differences of H 2O2 secretion at the single-cell level.

Ultrasensitive Signal-On Detection of Nucleic Acids with Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering and Exonuclease III-Assisted Probe Amplification
Yingying Li,Qingcheng Zhao,Yandong Wang,Tiantian Man,Lu Zhou,Xu Fang,Hao Pei,Lifeng Chi,Jian Liu +8 more
TL;DR: A powerful method to detect nucleic acids by an integration of surface-enhanced Raman scattering and exonuclease III-assisted probe amplification is reported, which demonstrates that the target DNA of MnSOD gene in concentrations as low as 1 aM can reproducibly be detected.

Performance evaluation of low GWP large glide temperature zeotropic mixtures applied in air source heat pump for DHW production
Jian Liu,Lu Zhou,Xiaosong Zhang +2 more
TL;DR: In this article , the authors proposed the low GWP zeotropic mixtures applied in the air source heat pump for domestic hot water production using the city water of 15 °C, and the large glide temperature in zeotropic mixture side was applied to match temperature lift in hot water side in the condenser.

Analysis of a modified transcritical CO2 two-stage ejector-compression cycle for domestic hot water production
TL;DR: In this article , a modified transcritical CO 2 ejector enhanced two-stage compression cycle (METC) was proposed for domestic hot water (DHW) production, and validated theoretical models were constructed to compare and analyze the performance between the METC system and the basic CO 2 2-stage vapor compression cycle under different operating conditions.

A novel two-stage compression air-source heat pump cycle combining space heating, cooling, and domestic hot water production
TL;DR: In this article , a novel air-source heat pump based on the two-stage compression cycle is proposed to improve the efficiency of HVAC system, which shows the multi-function of producing the domestic hot water year-round, space cooling water in summer, and space heating water in winter.
