The invention discloses a cellulose acetate-based ultrafiltration membrane for separating an anionic dye from a heavy metal and a preparation method of the cellulose acetate-based ultrafiltration membrane. The cellulose acetate-based ultrafiltration membrane for separating the anionic dye from the heavy metal comprises the following components: a halloysite nanotube and cellulose acetate, wherein the halloysite nanotube is grafted with N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-amino propyl trimethoxy silane. The cellulose acetate-based ultrafiltration membrane is prepared by blending the halloysite nanotube of the N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-amino propyl trimethoxy silane and cellulose acetate, so that the excellent quality of the halloysite nanotube and the cellulose acetate can be organically and effectively combined; and the modified cellulose acetate-based ultrafiltration membrane can be further marketed by using the advantage of relatively low price of the halloysite nanotube. The cellulose acetate-based ultrafiltration membrane prepared through the method has an excellent market application prospect and industrial production value.

The preparation method comprises the following steps:(1) uniformly dispersing halloysite nanotubes and silver nitrate in an organic mixed solvent; (2) slowly adding octadecenoic acid and oleylamine into dispersion liquid obtained in the previous step,and carrying out ultrasonic dispersion; (3) magnetically stirring a material obtained in the step (2), then adding ascorbic acid, and continuing to perform magnetic stirring and a reaction; (4) carrying out washing with the organic mixed solvent to remove free nano-silver particles, and carrying out drying in vacuum until a constant weight is obtained so as to obtain silver-loaded halloysite nanotubes; (5) ultrasonically dispersing the silver-loaded halloysite nanotubes into acetonitrile, then sequentially adding a double-end amine compound and triethylamine, and carrying out stirring; (6) slowly adding an acetonitrile solution of phosphonitrilic chloride trimer, and carrying out stirring for a condensation polymerization reaction; and (7) carrying out washing with absolute ethyl alcohol,and then carrying out vacuum drying until a constant weight is obtained so as to obtain the silver-doped halloysite nanotube composite material coated with polyphosphazene.

Deionized water is taken as a solvent, a borax solution is taken as a cross-linking agent, an environmentally friendly freeze-drying preparation method is adopted, a result shows that when PVOH: HNTs is 3: 7, composite aerogel with a unique three-dimensional nano porousnetwork structure is obtained, and HNTs is taken as a supporting portion of a structural framework. Polyvinyl alcohol molecules firmly adhere to the outer surface of fibrous HNTs. Along with increasing of the content of HNTs and reduction of the content of PVOH, the density is reduced to be 0.16 cm /g at first and then is increased, the heat conductivity coefficient is opposite exactly, and a change range is between 0.025 Wm-1K-1 and 0.032 Wm-1K-1. An aerogel sample of which the compression strength is from 0.8 to 2.5 MPa is obtained. The representative characteristics show that the HNTs/PVOH composite aerogel has wide application prospect in the field of heat insulation of buildings.

The preparation method comprises: polymerizing a mixed solution of a halloysite dispersion liquid and decabromodiphenyl oxide to obtain a halloysite dispersion liquid, preparing a dispersion liquid of concentrated H2SO, graphite powder and KMnO4, mixing the two dispersion liquids, adding an initiator and ammonium polyphosphate, and continuously carrying out a reaction to obtain the graphene-halloysite composite aerogel material. According to the present invention, the three-dimensional aerogel network is constructed by using the hollow fiber with the microporous structure as the raw material, and decabromodiphenyl oxide and ammonium polyphosphate are respectively loaded by using the mesoporous structure of the aerogel and the microporous structure of the fiber, such that the fire retardants with different characteristics are combined so as to achieve the synergistic flame retardant effect.

The production method comprises the steps of (1) using deionized water, acetone and ethyl alcohol forrinsing cotton cloth in sequence, and conducting vacuum dry on the cotton cloth at a room temperature; (2) adding star miktoarm triblock copolymer into isopropyl alcohol, and mixing a mixture evenly to obtain a polymer solution; (3) soaking the cotton cloth treated in the step (1) in the polymer solution obtained in the step (2), and then heating a mixture for cross-linking; (4) immersing the cotton cloth treated in the step (3) in isopropyl alcohol, and heating and washing a mixture with stirring; and (5) drying the cotton cloth treated in the step (4) to obtain the continuous oil-water separation membrane. Through the simple soaking-thermal crosslinking method, the ABC star miktoarm triblock copolymer is grafted onto surfaces of the cotton cloth, so that the surfaces of the cotton clothhave adjustable wettability, and a heavy oil/water/light oil ternary oil-water mixture can be separated. The operation method is simple, the production conditions are mild, and the equipment requirements are low, so that the production method of the continuous oil-water separation membrane is suitable for industrial production.

The invention also discloses the application of the oil-water separation membrane in separation of oil-containing wastewater.
