TL;DR: In this article, a customer service method based on real-time information, a storage medium and a server is proposed, which comprises the following steps: receiving customer service demand sent by an acustomer client, and recording a processing process of the customer service demands to form a customer complaint problem record; when the customer services demand needs to be supported by a research and development agent client, calling the RDA client according to the content of the demand, and accessing the RADA client and providing customer service for the customer client by the RADA client.
