UTMD inhibit EMT of breast cancer through the ROS/miR-200c/ZEB1 axis.
Dandan Shi,Lu Guo,Xiao Sun,Mengmeng Shang,Dong Meng,Xiaoying Zhou,Xinxin Liu,Yading Zhao,Jie Li +8 more
TL;DR: UTMD can inhibit the EMT characteristics of MDA231 cells and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of the miR-200c/ZEB1 axis through the generation of ROS induced by UTMD, which may provide a new strategy to prevent the tumor cells EMT under UTMD treatment.

Development of novel ST68/PLA-PEG stabilized ultrasound nanobubbles for potential tumor imaging and theranostic.
TL;DR: This novel kind of ST68/PLA-PEG NBs which exhibited a high echogenicity and good stability were successfully prepared, and they may offer a potential strategy for drug delivery and tumor-targeted theranostic.

FGF19-Induced Inflammatory CAF Promoted Neutrophil Extracellular Trap Formation in the Liver Metastasis of Colorectal Cancer.
Chen Li,Tianli Chen,Jialiang Liu,Yue Wang,Lu Guo,Dandan Shi,Tingguo Zhang,Xishan Wang,Jie Liu +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , it was shown that FGF19 plays an indispensable role in liver metastasis in colorectal cancer and lower overall survival rate of patients with CRC. But, it was not shown that fGF19 overexpression confers stronger liver-metastatic potential in CRC cells.

Ultrasound Mediated Destruction of LMW-HA-Loaded and Folate-Conjugated Nanobubble for TAM Targeting and Reeducation
Xiao Sun,Lu Guo,Mengmeng Shang,Dandan Shi,Ping Liang,Xuanxuan Jing,Dong Meng,Xinxin Liu,Xiaoying Zhou,Yading Zhao,Jie Li +10 more
TL;DR: F folate-conjugated and LMW-HA-loaded nanobubbles, with targeted CEUS imaging and TAMs reeducation, are expected to be a potential approach for tumor therapy based on TAMs, especially folate receptor-positive ones.
