TL;DR: Two independent structures of the proton-pumping, respiratory cytochrome bo3 ubiquinol oxidase (cyt bo3) have been determined by cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) in styrene-maleic acid (SMA) copolymer nanodiscs and in membrane scaffold protein (MSP) nanodes to 2.55-and 2.19-A resolution.

Evaluating the Reliability of AlphaFold 2 for Unknown Complex Structures with Deep Learning
TL;DR: AlphaFold-Eva is developed, a deep learning-based method that learns geometry information from complex structures to evaluate AlphaFold 2 and suggests that the reliability of predicted structures can be directly learned from the intrinsic structural information itself.
