Modern information and communication technologies affect all areas of life significantly, including education and learning. Cloud storage tools are one of the forms of modern information technologies that are employed to serve the educational process. The current research aims to study the use of Google cloud applications (Google Classroom, Google Plus and Google Drive) in education and to determine the most appropriate web-based training environment in view of the level of usability. The experimental method was applied in this study using a sample of 200 students from Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University. The current research found that there was some convergence in the usability of the three environments. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the environment of Google Classroom has the highest usability value (86.45), and also showed statistically significant differences in scholastic achievement in the application the service of Google Classroom in the educational process.

In this paper is proposed an architecture of a Reflective Middleware, which aims to manage an Intelligent Environment of Learning based in cloud learning, which is modeled using a Multiagent system. The Middleware is able to monitor the environment consisting of physical and virtual objects, intelligent or not, based on the context. The middleware manages educational services in the cloud to enhance the learning experience of students, either collaboratively or individually.

Basic Features of a Reflective Middleware for Intelligent Learning Environment in the Cloud (IECL)

In recent years, mobile device-assisted clinical education has become popular among nursing school students. The introduction of mobile devices saves manpower and reduces errors while enhancing nursing students' professional knowledge and skills. To respond to the demands of various learning strategies and to maintain existing systems of education, the concept of Cloud Learning is gradually being introduced to instructional environments. Cloud computing facilitates learning that is personalized, diverse, and virtual. This study involved assessing the advantages of mobile devices and Cloud Learning in a public health practice course, in which Google+ was used as the learning platform, integrating various application tools. Users could save and access data by using any wireless Internet device. The platform was student centered and based on resource sharing and collaborative learning. With the assistance of highly flexible and convenient technology, certain obstacles in traditional practice training can be resolved. Our findings showed that the students who adopted Google+ were learned more effectively compared with those who were limited to traditional learning systems. Most students and the nurse educator expressed a positive attitude toward and were satisfied with the innovative learning method.

Cloud learning is a new concept, inspired by cloud computing. Firstly, the paper tries to clarify the meaning of cloud computing, as well as its features; secondly, analyzes the content of cloud learning; at last, compares cloud learning with other learning styles, such as e-learning, m-learning, u-learning. All of these may contribute to make cloud learning more clarifying and standardized.
