Design and performance of Ag nanoparticle-modified graphene/SnAgCu lead-free solders
TL;DR: In this paper, various weight percentages of Ag-nanoparticle-modified graphene (Ag-GNSs) were incorporated into Pb-free Sn-Ag-Cu (SAC) solder matrices via ball milling and mechanical mixing methods to form composite solders.

Influence of Ag-modified graphene nanosheets addition into Sn–Ag–Cu solders on the formation and growth of intermetallic compound layers
TL;DR: In this paper, varying amounts of Ag-modified graphene nanosheets (Ag-GNSs) were added to Sn-Ag-Cu (SAC) solders to synthesize composite solders.

TL;DR: In this paper, a preparation method of tin-based silver graphene lead-free composite solder is described, which comprises the steps that a certain amount of graphene and lauryl sodium sulfate are mixed, ultrasonic treatment is performed for 2 h, a certain amounts of silver nitrate is added into a mixed solution, ultrasonic treatment is continuously performed, and finally a self-made silver graphene nanosheets are obtained; and required solder matrix powder is weighed according to different graphene mass fractions and poured into a ball milling tank for ball-milling for 5

Effects of graphene nanosheets on interfacial reaction of Sn–Ag–Cu solder joints
TL;DR: In this paper, the formation and growth kinetics of intermetallic compounds (IMC) were investigated during liquid-solid reactions and solid-state aging, and the morphologies of the interfacial IMC were transformed from scalloped to plate-like after liquid solid reaction and solid state aging.
