A method for activation and doping adjustment of a chlorella biochar nanomaterial applied to sodium ion capacitors is provided. The invention provides a method of preparing a porous carbon material from chlorella as a raw material through hydrothermal activation and other steps, and the material is applied to sodium ion capacitors by adjusting the mass ratio of positive and negative electrode active materials. A carbon nanomaterial with a three-dimensional open structure and large specific surface area is prepared by the method, and the doping elements in the carbon material are also adjusted.A sodium ion capacitor assembled from the carbon material according to a certain mass ratio has the characteristics of high energy density, high specific capacity and good stability. The method has the advantages of rich source, low cost and simplicity. The material obtained is self-doped with elements and self-assembled in structure. No other active materials need to be introduced for matching in the preparation process of a sodium ion capacitor, and the method is simple and convenient.

The invention discloses a method for adjusting and controlling a hetero atom doping amount of ocean fish bone biological carbon and application of the biological carbon in a sodium storage device. Studies of using an air oxidation activation (AOA) technology for improving the sodium storage performance of a biological carbon material begin to get attention. As an attempt of the field, fish bones are used as a precursor for producing a carbon nanometer material which is high in specific surface area, is of a hierarchical porous structure and is doped with high-content multiple atoms of N, O andS. Through high-temperature pyrolysis and the simple AOA technology, in the obtained carbon nanometer material, the contents of the hetero atoms of N, O, S and the like are obviously improved. Moreover, through activation action of air, a micro-structure of the carbon material is adjusted, so that transfer of an electrolyte is facilitated more. When applied as an electrode material, the carbon nanometer material shows good wettability and conductivity and low internal resistance, and is rich in pseudocapacitance. The assembled sodium-ion capacitor device shows outstanding energy-power densityand ultra-long cycling stability. By means of the AOA technology, the hetero atom doping amount of the fish bone derived carbon is higher, the fish bone derived carbon has more excellent sodium storage performance, and combination of the technology and nature can be a green sustainable novel technology.
