TL;DR: In this paper, a method for improving the heat resistance of an organic silicon resin by use of nano-silica-graphene oxide hybrid composite particles was proposed, where the excellent properties of the GO and the SiO2 are introduced into the resin and then the prepared modified organic silicon resin has relatively high heat resistance; besides, the raw materials are easy to gain, and the experimental process is simple to operate and short in process flow.

TL;DR: In this article, a preparation method of a composite carbon fiber/graphene oxide/organosilicone resins multidimensional hybrid material was proposed to solve the technical problems that low interface adhesive strength and poor mechanical properties of the carbon-fiber-reinforced silicone resin-based composite material, caused by less active groups on the surface of carbon fiber and poor wetting property between carbon fibre and matrix resin.
