TL;DR: In this article, a manufacturing method of an arc tube for a ceramic metal halide lamp is described, where a green body in a semi arc tube shape is produced through an injection molding process; then, a pair of tube bodies in semi-arc tube shape are disposed in an other set of die to realize accurate positioning; a second injection is carried out by injecting a mixture of ceramic powder and a binder into the die, wherein a temperature of the mixture is 100-200 DEG C, and an injection pressure is 0.1-100MPa.
