Isotropic thermal conductivity in rolled large-sized W-Y2O3 bulk material prepared by powder metallurgy route and rolling deformation technology
Gang Yao,Xiao-Yue Tan,Ming-Qi Fu,Lai-Ma Luo,Xiang Zan,Qiu Xu,Liu Jiaqin,Zhu Xiaoyong,Ji-Gui Cheng,Yucheng Wu +9 more
TL;DR: In this article, a large-sized W-Y2O3 bulk material has been successfully produced for future engineering applications. And the final bulk material was obtained using the H2 atmosphere sintering technique and rolling deformation process, where conventional X-ray diffraction patterns were used to characterize the different surfaces of the rolled specimen to evaluate the texture information.

Repair behavior of He + -irradiated W-Y 2 O 3 composites after different temperature-isochronal annealing experiments
TL;DR: In this paper, commercial roll tungsten was selected as a comparative sample in the He+ irradiation experiment, and the experiment was conducted under He+ beam energy of 50 ǫeV, irradiation dose of approximately 9.9 × 10.9 m 2, and temperature of 1503 −1553 k. The irradiation surface was observed in situ.

Microstructure and magnetism of Co-doped PbPdO2 films with different grain sizes
F. L. Tang,Liu Jiaqin,C. Mei,Shun Yu Huang,T. T. Song,H. L. Su,Min Kai Lee,Y.C. Wu,Jung Chun Andrew Huang +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, single-phase Co-doped PbPdO2 films with grain sizes ranging from 30 nm to 120 nm were synthesized using a sol-gel spin-coating method.

Preparation and properties of fine-grained and ultrafine-grained W-TiC-Y2O3 composite
Jin-Shan Lin,Lai-Ma Luo,Huang Ke,Xiang Zan,Qiu Xu,Liu Jiaqin,Zhu Xiaoyong,Ji-Gui Cheng,Yucheng Wu +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, two kinds of composite powders with different particle sizes were prepared by mechanical alloying and thermal-mechanical method, and the thermal shock resistance and radiation resistance of composites with fine and ultrafine grains were investigated.

Residual stress relief of hard a-C films though buckling
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of stress relief mechanism on the mechanical properties of amorphous-carbon (a-C) films, the microstructure and the morphologies of the buckled and peeled a-C films were characterized by various techniques, including transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), Raman spectrum and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS).
