Risk of severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in GnRH antagonist versus GnRH agonist protocol: RCT including 1050 first IVF/ICSI cycles
M Toftager,Jeanette Bogstad,T Bryndorf,Kristine Løssl,Janne Margrethe Roskær,T. Holland,Lisbeth Prætorius,Anne Zedeler,L Nilas,Anja Pinborg +9 more
TL;DR: This is a superiority study designed to detect a difference in severe OHSS, the primary outcome, between the two groups with a power of 80% and stratified for age, assisted reproductive technology (ART) clinic and planned fertilization procedure (IVF/ICSI).

SARS-CoV-2 in first trimester pregnancy: a cohort study.

Ethelberg-Findsen,Eva Hoffmann,Charlotte Wilken-Jensen,Finn Stener Jørgensen,Finn Stener Jørgensen,Henrik Westh,Henrik Westh,Henrik L. Jørgensen,Henrik L. Jørgensen,Henriette Svarre Nielsen +29 more
TL;DR: The data indicate that infection with SARS-CoV-2 in not hospitalized women does not pose a significant threat in first trimester pregnancies and follow up studies are needed to establish any risk to a fetus exposed to maternal Sars-Cov-2 infection.
Quality of life and psychosocial and physical well-being among 1,023 women during their first assisted reproductive technology treatment: secondary outcome to a randomized controlled trial comparing gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) antagonist and GnRH agonist protocols.
M Toftager,Randi Sylvest,Lone Schmidt,Jeanette Bogstad,Kristine Løssl,Lisbeth Prætorius,Anne Zedeler,T Bryndorf,Anja Pinborg +8 more
TL;DR: Women in a short GnRH antagonist protocol rated psychosocial and physical well-being during first ART treatment better than did women in a long GnRH agonist protocol, however, the one item on self-reported general quality of life was rated similarly.

Prognostic value of screening for irregular antibodies late in pregnancy in rhesus positive women.
TL;DR: To evaluate the prognostic value of screening for irregular antibodies late in pregnancy (third trimester) in rhesus positive women, only those cases where irregular antibodies have not previously been demonstrated during routine screening in the first trimester were studied.

Prediction of the lower serum anti-Müllerian hormone threshold for ovarian stimulation prior to in-vitro fertilization using the Elecsys® AMH assay: a prospective observational study.
Anna G.-A. Grynnerup,Kristine Løssl,F. Pilsgaard,Stine Aagaard Lunding,M. Storgaard,Jeanette Bogstad,Lisbeth Prætorius,Anne Zedeler,L. Bungum,A. Nyboe Andersen,Anja Pinborg +10 more
TL;DR: Among women with a limited ovarian reserve, pre-treatment serum AMH levels significantly predicted failure to reach the classical hCG triggering criteria and predicted lack of follicular development using a new sensitive assay, but AMH was not suitable for withholding fertility treatment, as even very low levels were associated with live births.
