TL;DR: In this randomized trial in 380 patients with advanced cancer, improvement in pain and mood immediately after treatment was greater with massage than with simple touch, and there were no sustained differences in pain, quality of life, or analgesic use during 3 weeks.

TL;DR: Assessing the perspectives and experiences of patients who participated in a pharmacist-provided clinical pharmacogenomics (PGx) service identified the need to establish appropriate pre-genotyping expectations, individualize patient education, facilitate collaboration with patients' providers and sustainably update patients' PGx information over time.
