Effect of morphology and defect density on electron transfer of electrochemically reduced graphene oxide
Yan Zhang,H L Hao,Linlin Wang +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, different morphologies of ERGO were prepared via two different methods and the electron transfer kinetics of GCE with different ERGOs was comparatively investigated, showing that both defect densities and edge planes played crucial roles in electron transfer.

Aggregated-induced emission phenothiazine probe for selective ratiometric response of hypochlorite over other reactive oxygen species
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple phenothiazine probe (QC1) with double dioxaborolane moieties was designed and synthesized, which provided blue emission in aqueous and solid state.

Template-free synthesis of hierarchical TiO 2 hollow microspheres as scattering layer for dye-sensitized solar cells
Yichuan Rui,Yichuan Rui,Linlin Wang,Jiachang Zhao,Hongzhi Wang,Yaogang Li,Qinghong Zhang,Jingli Xu +7 more
TL;DR: Hierarchical TiO2 hollow microspheres were synthesized by a 2-step process consisting of thermal hydrolysis and subsequent solvothermal reaction as discussed by the authors, and they showed good capability of dye adsorption and strong light scattering, leading to a comparable energy conversion efficiency to the 18NR-T transparent titania.

Fabrication of Au(Ag)/AgCl/Fe3O4@PDA@Au nanocomposites with enhanced visible-light-driven photocatalytic activity
TL;DR: A facile method to synthesize multifunctional nanocables with a tunable chemical composition is reported, which exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity in the presence of visible light.

Na2CoSiO4 as a novel positive electrode material for sodium-ion capacitors
Shuai Gao,Jiachang Zhao,Yu Zhao,Yuandong Wu,Xiaozhu Zhang,Linlin Wang,Xijian Liu,Rui Yichuan,Jingli Xu +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a Na 2 CoSiO 4 was prepared via hydrothermal method and used as positive electrode material for sodium-ion capacitors, which showed excellent electrochemical performance.
