Effects of Pseudomonas chenduensis and biochar on cadmium availability and microbial community in the paddy soil.
TL;DR: Results showed that two additives supplementation, in particular Pseudomonas chenduensis, can significantly decrease cadmium availability, contributing to the reduction of the disturbance on soil microbial community and maintaining microbial stability under Cadmium pressure.

Microbial phylogenetic relatedness links to distinct successional patterns of bacterial and fungal communities.
Qiang Lin,Francisco Dini-Andreote,Travis B. Meador,Roey Angel,Lenka Meszárošová,Petr Hedenec,Lingjuan Li,Petr Baldrian,Jan Frouz +8 more
TL;DR: The authors investigated community dynamics and taxa co-occurrence patterns in bacterial and fungal communities across a well-established chronosequence of post-mining lands spanning 54 years of recovery.

Cadmium-contaminated paddy field soil microbial passivating agent
Tao Yong,Lingjuan Li,He Xiaohong,Li Daping,Zhu Xiaoyu +4 more
- 19 Dec 2017
TL;DR: In this article, a cadmium-contaminated paddy field soil microbial passivating agent is presented, which is based on pseudomonas alcaligenes, bacillus subtilis, sulfate reducing bacteria, nutrients and a carrier.

Transcriptional response of Pseudomonas chenduensis strain MBR to cadmium toxicity
TL;DR: Under Cd stress, the upregulation of czc and mer genes is responsible for MBR resistance to Cd, which enabled Cd efflux from the cytoplasm and conferred resistance of MBR toCd toxicity.
