Quantitative Proteomics Reveals That the Protein Components of Outer Membrane Vesicles (OMVs) in Aeromonas hydrophila Play Protective Roles in Antibiotic Resistance.
Ling Lin,Yuqian Wang,Ramanathan Srinivasan,Lishan Zhang,Huanhuan Song,Qi Song,Guibin Wang,Xiangmin Lin +7 more
TL;DR: The results indicate the important protective role of OMVs in antibiotic resistance in A. hydrophila and provide novel insights on bacterial antibiotic resistance mechanisms.

Transcriptome Analysis of ‘Kyoho’ Grapevine Leaves Identifies Heat Response Genes Involved in the Transcriptional Regulation of Photosynthesis and Abscisic Acid
Rongrong Guo,Ling Lin,Guiyuan Huang,Xiaofang Shi,Rongfu Wei,Jiayu Han,Sihong Zhou,Ying Zhang,Taili Xie,Xianjin Bai,Xiong-Jun Cao +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , RNA-seq was carried out for thermostabilized grapevine leaves, which showed that 685 and 469 genes were commonly downregulated and upregulated at three sampling time-points.
Comparative transcriptomic analysis reveals the molecular mechanisms related to oxytetracycline- resistance in strains of Aeromonas hydrophila
Jing Yu,Jing Yu,Srinivasan Ramanathan,Liangchuan Chen,Fuyuan Zeng,Xiaoyan Li,Yiyang Zhao,Ling Lin,Sean J. Monaghan,Xiangmin Lin,Huanying Pang +10 more
TL;DR: A transcriptomic analysis to compare differentially expressed genes between oxytetracycline susceptible and resistant strains of A. hydrophila suggests that the genes responsible for mannitol metabolism and the efflux pump system were up-regulated in resistant strains, compared to the susceptible strain, and suggests that these three pathways may be involved in the OXY resistance evolution in A. Hydrophila.
