TL;DR: Results provide evidence that celecoxib has potential therapeutic effect on bladder cancer, and the joint use of COX-2 antisense cDNA with cele Coxib may improve their individual therapeutic effect, especially significantly increase the growth inhibitory effect of COx-2antisense c DNA.

Concurrent CD44s and STAT3 expression in human clear cell renal cellular carcinoma and its impact on survival
TL;DR: The data indicate that expression of both CD44s and pSTAT3 in ccRCC is associated with advanced tumor stage and patient survival, and the conclusions from this study may improve the prediction ofccRCC prognosis information when CD44 and p STAT3 expression are evaluated together with classical clinicopathological parameters.

TL;DR: It is found that CD44s is highly expressed in 46.67% of tumor tissues, and its high expression was significantly associated with high tumor grade, large tumor size and advanced T stage and patient survival, and a strong correlation exists between high expression ofCD44s and pSTAT3.
