TL;DR: An ion-pair reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method with UV detection was developed for the determination of azithromycin and it was found that the related substance could be detected and the profile of the AZM peak was symmetrical and the column efficiency was high.

TL;DR: A rapid, highly selective ultra performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation-tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the determination and pharmacokinetic investigation of alprostadil in rat plasma and was employed for the first time in rats after a single intravenous administration of 50 microg kg(-1).
