The cloud Computing provides an undemanding and Non ineffectual Solution for Daily Computing. The prevalent Problem Associated with Cloud Computing is the Cloud security and the appropriate Implementation of Cloud over the Network. Cloud computing moves the application software and databases to the large data centers, where the management of the data and services may not be fully trustworthy. Problem is that Clouds typically have single security architecture but have many customers with different demands and we attempt to solve this problem. In this we need to provide availability of data by overcoming many existing problems like Data Leakage , Data Integrity and Privacy Protection. To learn about cloud computing security, a review process involving 2 stage approaches has been undertaken for 20 research papers which were published in the period of year 2010 to year 2013. After an exhaustive review process, four key issue were found “Security and privacy, Data Leakage and weakness, Data integrity problem and Data Hiding in cloud Computing.” which is mostly need to enhance of Cloud Security aspects to get better Data accessibility over network. Several solution approaches have been found in the 20 papers. The outcome of the review was in the form of various findings, found under various key issues. The findings included algorithms and methodologies used to solve particular research problem, along with their strengths and weaknesses and the scope for the future work in the area.

Based on the results of water conservancy census data, this paper makes full use of two-dimensional vector data and shows water conservancy data in one map. It also comprehensively uses geographic information and data service integration to comprehensively manage and use water conservancy data in multiple time, space and regions. The use of Web GIS technology effectively improves the management, statistics and summary of water conservancy census data, and provides standardized, efficient, abundant functions for quickly establishing water conservancy application system. The integration of water conservancy information resources based on one map can improve the application level and management ability of water conservancy data, and meet the function and performance requirements of public service of water conservancy spatial information.

As a non-relational database, HBase (Hadoop Data Base) is an open source data storage system based on column cluster and is applied wisely. The HBase will write the log file before the memory caches data, so the cache size and the writing speed of the log file have become two important factors affecting the system performance. Based on backup log, this paper proposes a persistence and availability scheme OLP (Other Log Process), which makes HBase can achieve better performance in different cache sizes. Experiments show that under the premise of ensuring the persistence and availability of data, OLP can obtain stable performance under different cache sizes, and obviously improve the time performance of write operation when the cache does not exceed the default settings.
