The invention relates to the technical field of textiles and particularly relates to a method for preparing a cellulose spinning stock solution. The method includes (1) adding cellulose and a phosphoric acid/polyphosphoric acid composite solution in a certain ratio into a twin-screw extruder; (2) pre-cooling the materials, and then mixing, dissolving and deaerating the materials for 5-20 min; and(3) feeding the materials continuously at a constant speed to obtain a liquid-crystal-state spinning stock solution. The method greatly reduces operation time, and has advantages of uniform mixing andgood dissolving effects.

The invention relates to a preparation and production technology for a colorful flame retardant antibacterial cellulosic fiber stock solution. The technology aims at preparing cellulosic fiber which adopts dissolving pulp or cotton pulp as a raw material and has the colorful flame retardant antibacterial functions. The cellulosic fiber is prepared from, by weight, 90-93 parts of dissolving pulp alpha-cellulose and 8.0-10 parts of water; the production technology comprises the steps that the pulp is placed into an alkali solution under the temperature of 52 DEG C to be dipped; the alkali cellulose is squeezed and smashed, and after aging is performed, the temperature is 52-54 DEG C; carbon disulfide accounts for 32-34% of alpha cellulose, the yellowing time is about 30 min, and the temperature is 18-30 DEG C; the dissolving alkali solution is used for dissolving, filtering and defoaming, before spinning, fire retardant, organic pigment slurry and antibacterial agent are added into an injector, the fire retardant accounts for 20% of the alpha cellulose by weight, the antibacterial agent accounts for 2-5% of the alpha cellulose by weight, and the pigment slurry accounts for 3-5% of the alpha cellulose by weight.

The invention discloses a preparation technology of cellulose fiber spinning solution. Cellulose pulp is adopted, subjected to alkalization, squeezing, crushing, and cooling to room temperature, mixed with urea aqueous solution, cooled to minus 5 DEG C to 15 DEG C, and stirred till alkali cellulose completely dissolves, and vacuum defoamation is carried out simultaneously in dissolution to prepare the uniform and transparent spinning solution. The solution has good spinning performance.
