TL;DR: In this article, an optimized amplification method for nucleic acid polymerase chain reaction based on the technology of nanometer alloy, accomplished through adding a certain amount of suspension of nanometers alloy to the system, provided with significant optimized effect, easy preparation, low cost, and wide applicable fields, and applicable to various PCR amplification, extension of the polymerase, and other biological methods based on PCR, particularly to the PCR methods with difficult amplification, such as the selective amplification of DNA with extremely low copies from the highly complicated genomic template.
