Effect of irrigation amount in rockwool and cocopeat substrates on growth and fruiting of sweet pepper during fruiting period.
TL;DR: Lower irrigation amount in both slabs during fruiting period reduced the plant growth, fruit size, pericarp thickness and fruit weight but increased the soluble solid contents of fruits.

Changes in Fruit Quality of Two Paprika (Capsicum annuum L.) Cultivars in Response to Storage Temperatures
TL;DR: Storage life and overall fruit quality of paprika fruits were affected by cultivars and storage temperatures and duration, and it may be suggested that paprika fruit can be stored at 12℃ to maintain better quality for about 2 weeks.
