Evaluating Thermal Expansion in Fluorides and Oxides: Machine Learning Predictions with Connectivity Descriptors
TL;DR: Li et al. as mentioned in this paper developed an algorithm for identifying and characterizing the connection patterns of structural units in open-framework structures and constructed a descriptor set for the thermal expansion properties of this system, which is composed of connectivity and elemental information.

Response to I. I. Mazin's correspondence on "Electronic correlations in the iron pnictides"
M. Mumtaz Qazilbash,James Hamlin,Ryan Baumbach,Lijun Zhang,David J. Singh,M. B. Maple,Dimitri Basov +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the discrepancy between the measured optical Drude weight and band structure calculations in LaFePO and other iron-based superconductors was discussed, mostly due to mass renormalization arising from electronic correlation effects.

The influence of defects on the transport properties of AgSbPb18Te20 prepared at high pressure and high temperature
Yi Wang,Pinwen Zhu,Hujun Jiao,Haiyong Chen,Yanming Ma,Yingli Niu,Yingai Li,Lijun Zhang,Tiechen Zhang,Chunxiao Gao,Guangtian Zou +10 more
TL;DR: In this article, high pressure and high temperature were used to synthesize polycrystal AgSbPb18Te20 and the defects produced by high pressure were found to cause changes of transport properties.
