To eliminate the influence of the size coupling of SAR antenna truss rod on assembly accuracy, this paper defines the assembly sequence, part datum, tolerance, assembly operation, and measurement operation of the model by establishing the tolerance analysis model of the assembly dimension chain and measurement target. The assembly simulation process of the deployment mechanism is simulated, the plane deviation of the antenna panel of the deployment mechanism is analyzed, and the contribution and sensitivity data of each component ring size to the closed ring size are obtained. The simulation results show that the in-plane angle error of the antenna panel is mainly affected by the length of the component ring rod. By focusing on controlling the dimensional tolerance of the truss rods with high sensitivity, the assembly accuracy of the antenna deployment system can be guaranteed. Sensitivity is the magnification of assembly deviation by the transmission of deviation source, which reflects the influence of the change of composition tolerance on the change of functional requirements. According to the sensitivity analysis, the key dimensions that affect assembly accuracy can be obtained. The assembly requirements of high-quality and low-cost products can be achieved by strictly controlling the dimensional tolerance of key components and relaxing the tolerance of non-key components.
