Clean treatment and resource utilization of oilfield wastewater using supercritical water gasification
TL;DR: In this article , supercritical water gasification (SCWG) experiments of oilfield wastewater were performed under 550-750 °C, 2-15 min, 21-29 MPa, and feedstock concentration of 2-10 wt%.

Experimental investigation on interface characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow in a kilometer-scale pipeline
Yeqi Cao,Qiang Xu,Haiyang Yu,Bo Huang,Tianyu Liu,Liejin Guo +5 more
TL;DR: This study investigates interface characteristics of gas-liquid two-phase flow in a 1.657 km pipeline, proposing a division criterion for slug sub-flow patterns and a transition boundary prediction model, with correlations established for radial bubble head position, liquid film thickness, and bubble velocity.

In-situ Raman spectral investigation into hydrogen bonding characteristics of supercritical water
TL;DR: In this paper , a high temperature and pressure visualization platform (Tmax = 1013 K) was built to obtain the hydrogen bonding degree of water from liquid to supercritical, and it is shown that hydrogen bonds still exist in supercritical water even at temperatures as high as 1013 k.

Investigation on the effective thermal conductivity of typical Pidgeon process briquette with a combined model
TL;DR: In this article, a combination of the Series and Maxwell-Eucken 2 models was deduced to fit the effective thermal conductivity of a Pidgeon-processed briquette.
