TL;DR: In this article, an acellular extracellular matrix, a preparation method thereof, and bio-ink is described. But the preparation method comprises the following steps: providing biological tissue fragments, performing sterile treatment on the tissue fragments; performing wet crushing on the sterile tissue fragments so as to prepare a suspension slurry; performing differential centrifugation treatment on a suspension, and using the a cellular extracellular matrix to prepare the suspension.
