Lanthanide hydroxide nanorods and their thermal decomposition to lanthanide oxide nanorods
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of reaction temperature and concentration of triethylamine on the formation of lanthanum hydroxide nanorods were investigated, and phase structures, morphologies and optical properties of the as-prepared products were investigated in detail by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and selected area electron diffraction (SAED).

Single-Crystalline Indium Hydroxide and Indium Oxide Microcubes: Synthesis and Characterization
TL;DR: The morphology and size of indium hydroxide microcubes can be controlled by varying the synthetic parameters such as hydrothermal time, reaction temperature, and surfactant.

A Facile Solvothermal Synthesis and Magnetic Properties of MnFe2O4 Spheres with Tunable Sizes
Gen Chen,Jingying Wang,Libin Zhou,Wei Ma,Dan Zhang,Fenlian Ren,Hailong Yan,Guanzhou Qiu,Xiaohe Liu +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrated that MnFe2O4 spheres can be successfully prepared in large-scale via a facile solvothermal process, and the average size of final products over a wide range from 40 to 420 nm was remarkably influenced by the experimental parameters, such as reaction duration, surfactants, and initial concentration of reagents.
