Targeting immunometabolism by active ingredients derived from traditional Chinese medicines for treatment of rheumatoid arthritis
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper summarized the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of the potential natural compounds from TCM by targeting metabolic reprogramming of immune cells, and discussed them as a rich resource for providing the new potential paradigm for the treatment of RA.

Suppression of PD‐L1 release from small extracellular vesicles promotes systemic anti‐tumor immunity by targeting ORAI1 calcium channels
Xi Chen,Jiaqi Li,Ren Zhang,Yao Qian Zhang,Xiaoxuan Wang,Elaine Lai-Han Leung,Lijuan Ma,Vincent Wai-Sun Wong,Liang Liu,Erwin Neher,Haijie Yu +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the role of three Ca2+dependent proteins in regulating release of PD-L1-containing sEVs, as well as on the growth of tumors in mouse models, is investigated.

Combined use of PI3K and MEK inhibitors synergistically inhibits lung cancer with EGFR and KRAS mutations.
Ze-Bo Jiang,Jun Huang,Chun Xie,Xia Li,Liping Liu,Jiaxi He,Hui Pan,Liyan Huang,Xing-Xing Fan,Xiao-Jun Yao,Ying Xie,Na Li,Liang Liu,Jianxing He,Elaine Lai-Han Leung +14 more
TL;DR: Overall, the findings suggest that inhibition of EGFR and KRAS downstream with a P13K/Akt inhibitor could be useful for treating NSCLC, however, forNSCLC exhibiting crosstalk with other survival pathways, such as the MEK pathway, combination treatment is required.
