Isoflavones decrease insomnia in postmenopause.

Acupuncture improves sleep in postmenopause in a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study
TL;DR: Comparison of baseline and post-treatment data of the acupuncture group showed that treatment resulted in significantly lower scores on the Pittsburgh Questionnaire and an improvement in psychological WHOQOL, suggesting acupuncture was effective in improving reported sleep quality and quality of life in postmenopausal women with insomnia.

TL;DR: Investigating the prevalence of sleep complaints in a randomized cluster sample of the Brazilian population found that sleep complaint prevalence increased with age and was similar among inhabitants of different Brazilian regions, as well as between metropolitan areas and smaller cities.
