The Raman detecting auxiliary device of the present disclosure includes: an insertion port for inserting a plurality of Raman chips; and a transmitting mechanism for sequentially transmitting the inserted plurality of Raman chips to a predetermined position so that the Raman detecting device pairs The Raman chip is tested. The Raman detection assisting device of the present disclosure can realize batch measurement of a Raman chip and improve detection efficiency.

The invention provides a raman-signal detection processing system and method based on sequence frequency-shift excitation. The system comprises an optical-fiber raman probe, a spectrum preprocessing unit, an actuator circuit unit and a processing unit. The actuator circuit unit is used for controlling the optical-fiber raman probe to generate sequence-wave-length raman light signals; the optical-fiber raman probe is used for exciting and collecting raman light signals generated by samples; the spectrum preprocessing unit is used for preprocessing the collected raman light signals, second-order diffraction and third-order diffraction are eliminated, and the processed raman light signals are converted into digital signals; the processing unit is used for processing raman light signal sequences collected by the spectrum preprocessing unit with the specific demodulation algorithm, and a real raman spectrum is extracted. Sequence-wave-length raman laser is generated through a temperature tuning DBR laser device, and the complexity and the device cost of frequency-shift excitation are reduced; spectrum matrixes are accurately extracted with the rapid demodulation algorithm, and extracting of a high-background weak raman peak is particularly remarkable.
