No organic solvents are involved in the two-dimensional nano-sheet material and the preparation method thereof, and the method adopting an environmentally-friendly green aqueous phase peeling technology has the advantages of simplicity in operation, low production cost, and easiness in industrialization. Devices adopting a mixture of the two-dimensional nano-sheet material and PEDOT:PSS as a polymeric solar battery positive electrode modifying layer have the advantages of high photoelectric conversion efficiency, high stability, and good application prospect in the field of soar batteries.
