Thermal reliability of typical fatty acids as phase change materials based on 10,000 accelerated thermal cycles
TL;DR: In this article, the thermal properties before and after 10,000 thermal cycles were tested by differential scanning calorimeter and the experimental results showed that these fatty acids can function as phase change materials with high thermal reliability for long-term applications.

Balsa-based porous carbon composite phase change material with photo-thermal conversion performance for thermal energy storage
TL;DR: In this article, the phase change materials (PCMs) are used to store the obtained thermal energy in a photo-thermal conversion media to solve the intermittence and instantaneousness of solar energy.

Prediction of the solid effective thermal conductivity of fatty acid/carbon material composite phase change materials based on fractal theory
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of fractal units with different fractal dimensions were developed for the fatty acid/carbon material composite PCMs in the solid phase to study the prediction model of the effective thermal conductivity of the composite PCM.

Effect of the concentration ratio on the thermal performance of a conical cavity tube receiver for a Dish Parabolic Concentrator System
TL;DR: In this paper , a conical cavity tube receiver for parabolic dish concentrators at various concentration ratios was examined at a temperature variation of 20-130 °C with water as the working medium under a flow rate of 0.45 L per minute.
