A used model is a high-altitude brain injury mouse model, and by putting a C57BL/6 mouse into a hypobaric oxygen chamber and simulating the altitude of 4000m, CCI cortical impact is performed after 3 days to cause high-altitude traumatic brain injury and then L-serine treatment is performed; results of behavioral experiments Rotarod test, Beam walking test and Corner show that after L-serine treatment, the sensorimotor function of the mouse after the high-altitude brain injury is restored somewhat; in addition, Nissl staining and fast blue staining find that after the L-serine treatment, the number of neurons in the hippocampal CA3 area can be significantly increased, so that a certain role in repairing the damage of cerebral white matter in a high-altitude environment is also played and repair of the sensorimotor function of a patient suffering from the high-altitude craniocerebral injury is promoted.
