TL;DR: In this article, a highly textured pure Sb2Te3 is fabricated via a hydrothermal method combined with high-pressure spark plasma sintering, which gives rise to an extremely low thermal conductivity in the out-of-plane direction, while shows weak influence on the carrier mobility which reaches the level of single crystal.
