TL;DR: In this paper, a link detection module of an intelligent device in a process layer is adopted, the module is used for converting the traditional AC input into digital quantity sampling value transmission based on optical fiber communication and converting a trip input and output circuit into a digitized signal transmission mode based on GOOSE (Generic Object Oriented Substation Event) communication, so that the states of sampling transmission and real-time signal interaction are monitored in real time, and the circuit is effectively monitored.

TL;DR: In this article, a double-network data online switching method is proposed to achieve fast recognition through caching some state information of the received data, and can fast and effectively recognize a double network redundant message through utilizing the firstly arrived network transmission characteristic and the continuous characteristic of a sampling counter, analyzing the network source of the message, slightly decoding the redundant message and simply comparing.
