Chitosan modified metal–organic frameworks as a promising carrier for oral drug delivery
TL;DR: It is expected that CS-MOF@5-FU can serve as a potential drug delivery system for the oral administration of 5-FU, and Pharmacokinetic analysis revealed that the coating of chitosan on the surface of MOFs exerted a controlled drug release effect, and further improved the oral bioavailability of 4-FU.
An insight into the in vivo imaging potential of curcumin analogues as fluorescence probes.
TL;DR: Based on the binding characteristics of curcumin-based fluorescent probes with various target molecules, the factors affecting the fluorescence intensity and emission wavelength of the probes are analyzed, in order to obtain aCurcumin probe with higher sensitivity and selectivity.

Luminescent lanthanide–organic polyrotaxane framework as a turn-off sensor for nitrobenzene and Fe3+
TL;DR: In this article, three isomorphous lanthanide-organic polyrotaxane frameworks [Ln(mtpc)1.5(DMA)(H2O)]·2H 2O were assembled and characterized, and the mtpc ligand transfer absorbed energy to Tb3+ center to emit characteristic fluorescence.

Fabrication and Characterization of Taurine Functionalized Graphene Oxide with 5-Fluorouracil as Anticancer Drug Delivery Systems
TL;DR: In this article, a taurine-modified graphene oxide carrier (Tau-GO) was synthesized by chemical method to obtain Tau-GO that has a good dispersibility and stability in water, with a zeta potential of 38.8 mV and particle size of 242nm.
Two porous Co( ii ) bithiophenedicarboxylate metal–organic frameworks: from a self-interpenetrating framework to a two-fold interpenetrating α-Po topological network
TL;DR: In this article, two new porous metal-organic frameworks with the formulas [Co(btdc)(bpp)(H2O)0.5]·8H 2O (1) and Co2(bndc)2bpe)2·19H 2 O (2) have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions.
