Lithographic printing inks are described, which are characterized by the inclusion of both water, in a substantially emulsified form, and inorganic filler. Inks of the present invention show improved printing properties in offset lithography, including improved transfer, reduced piling and improved mileage. They also offer cost advantages over currently available inks and the ability to minimize or eliminate entirely mineral oil from their compositions. The inks of the present invention may be used in both web-based print processes including coldset and heatset, as well as in sheetfed printing. The inks may be dried to a durable ink film at ambient temperature, with thermal energy or with actinic or electron beam radiation, or with any combination thereof.

Lithographic offset inks with water and filler content

The invention discloses a flame-retardant coiled material and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant coiled material is a laminated structure which is formed by bonding a flame-retardant surface layer and a chopped fiber layer by a flame-retardant paint and carrying out curing. The flame-retardant paint is composed of a component A and a component B in a weight ratio of 10:(2-5). The component A comprises the following ingredients in percentage by mass: an epoxy resin, a flame-retardant resin, a flame-retardant diluter, a toughener, a dispersing agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a flame-retardant additive, a color paste and the balance of inorganic filler. The component B comprises a curing agent and the balance of curing accelerator. The flame-retardant additive comprises at least one of antimony trioxide, aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, melamine cyanurate, chlorinated paraffin, tri(2-chloropropyl) phosphate and dimethyl methylphosphate. The epoxy resin, flame-retardant resin, flame-retardant diluter and flame-retardant additive are utilized to form the compound system, thereby fully displaying the synergistic effects of the components, and greatly enhancing the flame retardancy of the flame-retardant paint.

Flame-retardant coiled material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides water-based alkyd resin and modified acrylic emulsion metal paint which is prepared by the following components in parts by weight: 18-22 parts of water-based alkyd resin, 14-18 parts of iron oxide red, 14-18 parts of barium sulfate, 3.8-4.8 parts of deionized water, 1.5-2.0 parts of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.24-0.30 parts of neutralizing amine, and 36-49 parts of acrylic emulsion resin for water-based metal. The water-based alkyd resin and modified acrylic emulsion metal paint is low in cost and simple in preparation technology; by selecting the optimum proportion of the water-based alkyd resin to an acrylic emulsion for the water-based metal, the problems that paint prepared only by the emulsion has a plurality of pores, and is poor in moisture penetration protection are solved; the defects that paint prepared only by the water-based alkyd resin is slow in drying, low in rigidity and poor in water resistance are overcome; and the prepared metal protective paint is good in luster, excellent in adhesive force, high in water resistance, and outstanding in salt spray resistance.

Water-based alkyd resin and modified acrylic emulsion metal paint and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an alkyd acrylic graft copolymer paint and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, high-molecular alkyd resin with main chain containing unsaturated double bond is synthesized through molecular design. Alkyd resin is subjected to free radical graft copolymerization with acrylic monomer. Molecular chains of alkyd and acrylic resins are connected through chemical bond, such that the compatibility of the two resins is improved. In a material curing and shaping process, phase separation of the resin is avoided. A solvent, a pigment, a filling material, an antifoaming agent, a dispersing agent, and the alkyd acrylic graft copolymer are grinded and dispersed; a siccative is uniformly dispersed in the mixture, such that the alkyd acrylic graft copolymer paint is obtained. The paint comprises the components of: alkyd acrylic graft copolymer 65%-80%, the pigment 3%-4%, the filling material 6-10%, xylene 10%-20%, the dispersing agent 0.45%-0.7%, the antifoaming agent 0.10%-0.32%, and the siccative 0.9%-3.5%.
